While this paper is not about dental mercury, it explores the potential role of mercury in ALS symptoms.

Abstract / Excerpt:

“The purpose of this paper is twofold: first, to propose that amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and progressive muscular atrophy are probably nosologically identical, the latter being a variant of the former, and, second, to suggest that the term amyotrophic lateral sclerosis should not be used to denote a disease entity but rather a syndrome of variable etiology. Material will be presented in this paper in an attempt to elucidate these concepts.”
